Owners Jace and Valerie Espinoza are a dynamic couple with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and corporate industries, respectively. Their passion for healthy food choices led them to fulfill their dream of bringing a new concept to St. George, Utah. Together, they opened Toastique Gourmet Toast and Juice Bar.
