At Zion Red Rock, we are committed to helping create an exceptional experience for every guest and event host. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with a trusted group of Platinum Vendors who consistently provide outstanding service, understand our properties, and are familiar with timelines, and local ordinances. These vendors have already completed the approval process.

While we highly recommend our Platinum Vendors, couples are welcome to use other professional service providers. The exception is bartending services, DJ/audio services, and dark-sky-compliant lighting providers, which must be selected from our approved vendor list.

All non-Platinum vendor approvals must be completed no later than 90 days prior to your check-in date and we strongly encourage guests to obtain vendor approval before signing contracts, paying deposits, or making any financial commitments. Approval requirements include:

• Valid business license
• Proof of liability insurance
• Signed Zion Red Rock Vendor Policies

A vendor is defined as any individual or company providing professional services onsite during your reservation dates, whether services are paid, discounted, or gifted.

Our Platinum Vendors are trusted partners of Zion Red Rock who have demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. All vendors are listed alphabetically by category.

Platinum Vendors contribute a marketing and exposure fee to participate in the Zion Red Rock Vendor Program.
