God Bless PupUSAs is a family operated food trailer specializing in authentic pupusas from El Salvador. A pupusas is a stuffed corn tortilla made with mozzarella cheese, with your choice of revuelta (pork and refried-black-beans), pork, chicken, black-beans, spinach, cilantro-jalapeño, or loroco (the bud of a flower from El Salvador). Pupusas are served with curtido (which is lightly fermented cabbage with jalapeños) and a spicy tomato salsa. All gluten free. We also build a unique thicker style crêpe utilizing a fifteen-inch tortilla, freshly made and stuffed with your choice of Nutella, cream cheese filling, or White Horse Farms yogurt, along with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and or peaches. Often topped with strawberry roses, these tasty masterpieces are beautiful and large enough to be shared.
As uniquely paired as the flavors of pupusas-n-crepes, are the husband-and-wife team Justin and Sulma Hallman. Justin’s a Utah grown country boy, while Sulma’s a spicy transplant out of El Salvador.
