Hi there, I am a mother of 4 beautiful, energetic children. I enjoy
being outside by the river, collecting rocks & being around
lots of trees & mountains.

I graduated from UCMT in 2001 & have been practicing
for 22 years. I love to help facilitate healing within each
individual. I am intuitively guided, as the receiver allows
our energies to connect. I offer different modalities (Spa
Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular
Therapy, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Aromatherapy &
Prenatal) for a combined experience. Each massage is
customized for your needs. When I feel the need to use

stones, I use my hot stones to help soothe the muscles for
release. Or I use my silicone massage cups to help release
a stubborn trigger point or to hydrate tight fascia. I also
help release different muscle groups by stretching & using
massage strokes to help lengthen the muscles.
