Chantel’s Bio My name is Chantel Sloan and I am a certified yoga instructor in yoga foundations, Buti, vinyasa, TRX, hands on assist, and have experience teaching beginning classes, advance fitness classes, and those recovering from tragic accidents and addiction. I have witnessed the transformative power of yoga in people’s lives and have a passion for guiding souls on their journey to self-discovery and holistic well-being.
I am originally from Idaho and Colorado, but currently call St. George, Utah home. My passion and joy for yoga began several years ago, but it has only been in the last five years that I devoted time to dive deep into its profound teachings and practices. Over the years, I have also earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology with minors in chemistry and health psychology. This allows me the expertise to blend traditional yogic wisdom with contemporary methods, ensuring that every session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant. Whether you’re seeking physical strength, mental clarity, emotional healing, or spiritual awakening, my holistic approach aims to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
My mission goes beyond mere postures; it’s about cultivating and authentic space where individuals can connect, heal and thrive.
