The Red Rock String Quartet, founded in 2017, is Southern Utah’s premier classical ensemble for weddings, galas, and special events. Current members include Janna Brown (violin), Natalie Nelson (violin), Shaylin Seaich (viola), and Ethan Allen (cello). Janna, Natalie and Ethan are all graduates of Utah Tech (formerly Dixie State) University, and Shaylin graduated from Southern Utah University. All four are active musicians in the St. George area: Natalie, Shaylin and Ethan play in the Southwest Symphony Orchestra, which is one of the foremost professional orchestras in the state, and Janna and Shaylin teach private violin and viola lessons. Their passion and goal as a quartet is to bring class and elegance to local events and promote classical music in Southern Utah.
