With not only a culinary degree but a further degree in nutrition, Chef Dawn understands the importance of health and uses the freshest of locally sourced, organic and sustainable ingredients wherever possible, providing flavorful dishes to delight the senses.
Also, of importance to note is her ability to prepare custom menus for any dietary restrictions and food allergies.
