Chef Jeremy started cooking 27 years ago, and graduated from the French Culinary Institute (NYC) in 2004. He grew up in Rochester NY and has worked in the best restaurants there learning his trade. Since moving to St. George, he has been Executive Chef in many establishments and worked for a year on the superyacht S/Y Antara in the Mediterranean and Caribbean islands. Trained in everything from BBQ to classical French. At Snow Canyon Catering we look forward to bringing flavors and experiences to you and your event. We will work with you every step of the way to bring your special day to life.
